Female motorcycle couriers

We have recently had two female riders working for us as motorcycle couriers. Jodie Mitchell recently helped us out for a week and Penny Jones has been helping us out since 2016 when she has holidays from her regular job. Both are excellent riders and have never let us down. I know both ladies will be reading this, so give yourselves a pat on the back. Gender shouldn't come into any working environment, if a woman can do the job she should be given the opportunity.



Penny Jones has been riding motorcycles since she was 13, started off by riding a 50cc on a relatives farm. I'm highlighting her as I've rode with her for many years and she rides better than most men. She rides fast and aggressively which you need to do as a motorcycle courier on UK roads. So if your female and reading this don't be afraid to take the first step and get yourself a motorcycle.



To finish a message from Penny Jones:

I’d say there are so many women who are very scared, very apprehensive of riding a motorbike but have done it. And it’s completely changed their lives and made their lives richer and fuller. There’s also this sort of magic that riding has. Riding across the country is absolutely incredible. It’s hard to share that emotion and feeling with somebody who hasn’t experienced it. Motorcycling is so amazing because you could have the worst day ever and once you get on your bike, and are riding in an amazing location, you just check out. Things aren’t affecting you as they were before. It’s this sort of magic, a connection you have with something greater than yourself.
