If for any reason any part of your collection or delivery differs from what you or we expect we will contact you immediately to discuss the best possible solution. Occasionally our couriers may be delayed due to adverse traffic, road-works, accidents and other unavoidable factors. We will contact you immediately to inform you of the situation and offer our suggestions on the best method to reduce the delay should there be an option.
